“DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY”

Ordered a prom dress from this company for my daughter, dress arrived after 28 days of waiting. when we opened the parcel it was obvious we had received a cheap imitation of the dress we ordered, for a start it was made in a completely different material to that stated on the website (polyester instead of taffeta) and to make matters worse it has not been made in the correct size. I have sent an email to the company requesting a refund but i have not received a reply and to be honest after what i have since found out about them i'm not surprised. We have decided to make the most of a bad job and have the dress altered to fit but of coarse this will add to the cost .I will be more careful which sites i use in future and be especially wary of sites based in china.
