“absolutely rubbish service”

Dealt with Surelet Birmingham Office, started off ok, did what they said they would, however when I started to look more closely into the service I was getting and asking questions, things became murkey, their head office is basically a messenging service to their franchisee's, made several complaints and not got very far, paid for a check out report which took a month to receive and when i did get it, they missed out the carpet burns, stains, missing keys, and damage to the property, I certainly will not be using them again EVER.
