“EXCELLENT SERVICE AT WOLVERHAMPTON ST JOHNS STORE ”

On Tuesday 22nd January 2013 my Kodak SCP C110 printer stopped working by showing a fault of a paper jamb which couldn’t be rectified as there had been no paper inserted. As the main computer set up (tower, screen, software and PC assistance) had been purchased in 2010,we had added this printer in December 2011 but had lost the receipt. As the PC is used for a Charity group in Wolverhampton you can realise how vital this equipment is.

We called in the Store where we were advised to bring the printer in and someone would take a look even though we could not produce a receipt and they would see what could be done. We duly arrived on Wednesday 24th and were dealt with politely and efficiently by [name removed]. Not only was the printer exchanged, free of charge, but we also had a spare set of extra-large cartridges as had been replaced in the faulty printer on the 20th January 2013.

This experience was a first for us and was truly appreciated.
