Have ordered a number of itmes recently and apart from their good value prices they have a very decent customer services element which is always polite and efficient in updating you on either pre-orders stock dates or orders and their dispatch dates.
I usually price check on the internet and with their free delivery you know what price you're going to pay right from the start. I also used their bonus review vouchers and reduced my spending even lower.
Would I recommend it, you bet.
