I used this service one time for two canvases... the quality was not great. I had an issue with both ordered canvases. They agreed to reprint both. One was reprinted...still not quite what I ordered and because I didn't send them a photo of the other with a square cut out within 30 days (although I emailed immediately upon receipt about the problem) I am stuck with something that is not even suited for display because of the hot spots and terrible contract corrections I specifically did not request. Their customer service rep is not kind and clearly unbending even though I had proof they agreed to reprint because of THEIR ERROR.
