“Awful”

Wouldnt even give them a one but its compulsory, Ordered my mother flowers and a balloon for Mother's Day on the 8th plenty of time I thought nothing arrived, I rang engaged constantly, sent about five emails and they all came straight back to me, got through to my bank to try and retrieve payment but I have to wait 14 days well they only turned up today which is laughable the box was soaked through there was no water in the flowers and they honestly looked like a bad petrol station job, the ballon wasn't even properly inflated, embarrassing awful company awful service avoid like the plague.
