Have used Sainsbury's three times. The first time they left one of my bags of shopping in the van, second time OK, third time went to the wrong house and I cancelled the order because I felt I was being accused of lying by the store (apparently I wasn't in -- hmmm). Over a week on and I am still waiting for a £106 refund. I keep being told that the store will call me to confirm the refund has been made, but have never been called back. Absolutely shocking customer service. Will NEVER use Sainsbury's again and recommend others don't risk it either.
