“Where's my order??”

Of course i was excited placing my order, however I put my order in almost 2 weeks ago. I hosted a dinner party and wanted the canvas prints to already displayed, and was expecting my order to come in 5 business days as what this company supposedly guarantees. Where is this company's integrity?? I called a few days ago to follow up and the lady who answered said, "I see your order, I will need to email Las Vegas to find out what is going on." No one has contacted me. I STILL have not received my order.
