WOULD DEFO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!
Tried in vain to claim the £25 recommend a friend offer (never saw a penny) Decided to cancel My and my Wife's policy too after only 2/3 months as I wasn't getting any reply and was told I would have to pay 55% of the premiums. Spoke to a young man whom thought it would be funny to keep me on hold for 10 minutes, All at my time and expense!!!! His Manager was equally as useless!
You have been Warned, You will NOT get any money back and You'll have pay the FULL 55% if you want out!!!!
They should rename the company 20 Call Insurance (as its more realistic)
