Been asked to review an item that hasn't even arrived yet. A few days after ordering, received an email saying ' Unfortunately you have ordered during re-stocking ... item will be dispatched soon'. Item dispatched one week after ordering, Now been 9 days since dispatch and still no item.
From mine and friends experiences, it seems that Tredz holds no stock as they are constantly sending emails out saying they are re-stocking. This wouldn't be so annoying if it was stated on their website, but as it doesn't say the item is not in stock I assumed it would be.
Was in desperate need of a new headset and haven't been able to get out on my bike for over two weeks, very disappointed and won't be using again!
