Website said the Surly forks I wanted were in stock, so I ordered them on a Wednesday. Got an automatic email confirmation immediately. Hadn't heard anything by the following Monday, so started reading the online reviews and started to worry...
After a couple of tries, got through on the phone, very friendly and polite, where the order was checked, and I was told it would be with me tomorrow. Heavy snow the following day meant nothing was moving, but the forks arrived that Wednesday.
So, overall, I am entirely satisfied. Communications, order tracking etc could be better, I suppose, but would I want to pay more to achieve that? Probably not.....
