Had BT020's for years and trusted them impecably, disappointed when I couldn't get hold of them anymore. Tried a pair of BT021's on my '98 R1 last year and at first I thought they were ok. After a few hundred miles commuting/sunday rides, the front went 'off' almost overnight. This led to several front end slides in good dry warm weather, and not pushing hard. It scared the living daylights out of me thinking it was my riding to fault/bad road surface.
I changed he tyre for a different one, and the symptom of front end 'washout' went away.
I'm not a looney rider, and I'm in the saddle every day. It makes you wonder why Bridgestone came out with the BT023 within 12 months!
Unless you ride like a nun, and get the tyres very cheap, AVOID them!
