I gave you an image. You priced it. I thought I ordered a canvas, but, although you got billing info and shipping info, no credit card info for payment was requested. No order confirmation was received so I have no confidence you are sending me anything.

It looks like a good service. But you are on EDT and apparently not available by phone.
