I insured with them as soon as I passed my test. I had a number of issues with Direct Debits not being collected at the right time and this caused me big financial issues until one day thy told me I was two months behind so I made a two month payment (by borrowing some money) and again asked for them to alter the date of the DD. This they didnt and then resulted in one day them cancelling my policy without any notification and after this happened I unfotunately had an accident. I have now lost my licence, paid a £135 fine had to sell my car and am due in court for the cost of repairs to the third parties vehicle. All because they wouldn't change the DD date and then didnt tell me that they had cancelled my policy. Really need some help to find out what I can do to get something sorted out. Desperate and feeling so low.
