“Poor”

Horrible quality of flight. Flew from Miami to Paris. Had booked BA but got stuck on the AA partner flight. Never flown a long haul that had no head rest monitors, no headphones or by purchase and with the space was non existant. Shocking experience, I have flown on 3rd world country national airliners with better service and experience than AA. I would never fly thins aircraft again. I will cancel my flight and pay before taking a flight with them again.
