Lost my Galaxy Note 2 phone in December 2012, contacted the next day and said there was nothing they can do i am not insured!! fuming as you can imagine. So when i had time after i purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 i went to natwest to cancel my Advantage gold account that gives me this insurance included and as they wasn't willing to do anything why should i pay for it? Natwest said why you cancelling you are actually insured, so back on the phone to CCP, oh yes you are insured but unfortunately you failed to make a claim in the first 10 days and miraculously have no record of me calling to make a claim!!! how convenient!! THE EMPLOYEES ALWAYS MAKE OUT YOUR FIBBING! AVOID THIS COMPANY THAT IS MY ONLY ADVICE!!!!
