“Appalling customer service - 3 months down the line”

They used to be good but I've had two dire experiences within six months. This time an SSD HD failed so they said to send it back to them for RMA. They sat on it for three months and told me that as far as they were concerned, the drive worked fine.

Don't bother with them - use Amazon or John Lewis instead.
