“Very misleading and also misselling too”

I thought at the start the service was reasonable when booking.
But during the Booking I was asking all questions on Can I change my flight at a later stage, I was informed that this could be possible.

When I went to change my return flight via e-mail to 2 different sales personal the e-mail was ignored and also was informed that they hadn't received it but he later found it and repeated the whole e-mail. Then re-asked what I wanted to do.

I had to ring up and speak with them to change my flights he stated he would ring the airline and get back to me within 24hrs, Did you think that happened.
I had to ring back and it started all over again went thru the same stuff then he informed me that it was not possible to change flights. I stated that I was told I could.
Completely lied to me and also hung up on me when I tried to explain. I lost my return flight. Oh happy days thanks very much.
