I work a lot from home, so I was not to keen on renewing my membership. I only really used it for the running machine and a little bit of weights. So when I thought about renewing my membership (I pay yearly which I would recommend to everyone) I popped in and spoke to this guy called [name removed] . He didn't see at all interested, just kept firing through the options. What made me a little disappointed is the sales attitude. He kept banging on about its only 4 ponds extra a month and that's just 6 pounds extra a month. I actually got fed up saying I dton't pay monthly. To be told its better monthly (I assume for the their company and not the customer). It was the £15 reactivation fee that finally sealed the deal. I mean in this digital age, where I am paying cash forhe year they try and even smash you with that nonsense! I did not rejoin. Then place is a little crowded for my liking anyway, and certainly not worth the yearly subscription they wanted. Running shoes and kettle bells and TRX. I have saved money as well.
