At the moment I am in the middle of a claim and one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. We are getting conflicting reports - last week a letter came through to say that my car was no longer insured. On phoning today I have been told that I am still covered. Shambles, complete shambles. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Have given them one star to get though this system, but do not give them your money.
