Having bought the bike, had the problem have now experienced the afater sales service.
Staff I spoke to were helpful and clear what they could do, understood my problem and offered to support even if no obligation to do so.
Parts priced , sent next day...really good to work with.
Pleasurable experience from a potential disgruntled customer.
