“no mother's day card”

let down by moonpig on mother's day, card was never received! i have tried to contact moonpig by both phone and e-mail. moonpig did not reply. when i phoned them i was kept on the phone for 45 mins to an 0845 number, after this time i gave up. really bad service and still no refund. anyone who is considering moon pig please re-think, their service is terrible. avoid at all costs.
