“wonderful customer service”

I changed my address after I placed my order and the customer service team were quick to get back to me and help me correct the problem. the new memory foam mattress was sent to my new address right away. I received my order within 2 weeks of placing my order (I think 8 days to be exact).

the mattress itself is just as expected - good quality, nice outer cover. not too hot which i was worried about but we will see if i say that during summer!
