“Poor quality product”

Ordered 2 hampers and bouquet.
Website support excellent. Had to change delivery date and they were vey helpful . Delivered on time
Unfortunately quality of product let them down. Hampers overpriced and items changed for inferior product.
Flowers also disappointing.
