“Good but in need of some updating!”

OutdoorGB are on the whole pretty good. The delivery was prompt and postage reasonable. However when I came to have to return my item, the returns process is a bit long winded and awkward.

You are required to email them explaining you'd like to return/exchange, to which you are sent a document from a 97 Edition of Microsoft Word which proved very difficult to print from a more up to date system. They could do with revamping the way they do this. Also, the return address is printed in minuscule size font on the packaging which damn near required a magnifying glass to find.

Would probably use again for bargain hunting only. There are definitely better services out there.
