“Worst Shopping Experience”

I was shopping on forbidden planet web site for about 7 years, I have only ever returned two items in that time, I am now disabled and unable to get to the the post office, I recently received an item in bad condition and asked them if they could please send out a courier to pick it up as it says on the web site that they can provide this, I explained to them about my disability and spoke to the superviser, She said i am no longer aloud to shop on there online store as they can not afford to send out couriers in the future for me and that this is not a charity.
