Ordered flowers for mothers day to be delivered on Friday 8th. They had not arrived by Sat lunchtime, so after numerous calls to customer services / being cut off etc, I finally got through to someone who said they could not get in touch with the courier so were sending complementary flowers. I then got a phone call to say flowers had been traced and were on their way. By 7pm they had not arrived (several more calls later)
I managed to get flowers delivered through teleflorist instead - ordered at 8pm the night before mothers day & they arrived at 9.30 the next morning. Good job as the flowers from inter-flora never arrived. I had to contact them again and demand a refund. This was given but no other sorry offered for the inconvenience.
Appalling service - won't be using again
