Ordered flowers for a very poorly friend and they didnt arrive. The only response i have received was that they send by untraked first class post, so they have no way of checking. i am certain royal mail are not to blame! They have not responded to any of my request for a Refund. I wish i had seen these reveiws before i purchased! they are even on BBCs watchdog site. Avoid at all costs!
