** Avoid Answer IT Group**

Please take our advice and DO NOT enter any agreement with Answer IT Group.

Answer IT provided us with no service of any benefit, they did a hard sell and then our 'Account Manager' managed to do nothing except promise "x 1,000's impressions on Facebook", which we found impossible to verify.

The first time we tried to cancel the service they hounded us into signing to further services, promising improvements, which never came.

We tried to cancel again but they just would not accept our cancellation and kept re-starting the service, even after we notified them of the cancellation. It was difficult to escape, even following their 30 days notice policy. We finally managed to end the contract but even then they took another £99 +VAT on our credit card for a month afterwards.

They receive 1 star on the rating purely because there is no zero star rating.
