“won't return even though shoes cut my feet”

I took back a pair of shoes because they cut my foot the girl behind the counter said it was more likely to be my feet that where faulty than the shoes.She got the manager and she said the same thing.I asked her to feel the shoe as its an obvious fault.She said no and she would know if there was a fault as the shoes would have been recalled.So I made a complaint to customer service sending a picture of the cut on my foot.They said to send them back to be inspected which I did and they sent them back to me saying it was through normal wear and they are unable to offer credit in this instance.well this ain't over watch this space!!THEY ARE DISGUSTING!!
