“Ripped me off through Dish/Windstream service”

Apparently they are infiltrating other companies, passing themselves off as someone else to get money.

I have Dish service, which partners with Windstream for internet packages. When I called to set up Windstream with Dish, the person I spoke to proceeded to "set me up" with Windstream internet, and told me I had to purchase MyTechHelp to start the service. This was for $9.99/mo. She gave me a phone number for them, order #,etc.
A few days from then, after the Windstream person didn't show up for the appointment, and in talking to Dish, apparently this girl had never set up the account, and had set me up with a 3rd party company (mytechhelp) which is not affiliated with Dish or Windstream at all.

When I called the number provided for me, it was a Dish number, not MyTechHelp. I tried calling their numbers from their website, couldn't get anyone (the recording said "our offices are currently closed"). So I cancelled my bank card which they had been using to get the $9.99.

From other reviews I've read, and my personal experience, HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
