Extremely rude customer service!
I called to update my details and the customer service guy actually asked me if I needed a translator! Just because I do not speak with an English accent doesn't mean I do not understand English! Go see the outside world! There are lots of people out there who do not speak with an English accent but their English is perfect. Stuck-up Brit!
