I won't bore you with all the details, but the service at One Call is appalling. I have received to date two letters threatening to cancel my policy (as well as numerous chasing letters), due to the fact they never received my wife's driving licence, despite the fact I tried on numerous occasions to use their online doc service and emailing. Each time I'm given a poor excuse.
I also had issue with them when my car was badly damaged by a Tesco delivery van whilst paled outside. They were so inefficient it was easier and quicker to deal with Tesco directly. It took a week to get any where with One Call where as dealing directly with Tesco I had my car repaired and courtesy car provided in the same amount of time.
Safe to say I will not use One Call again.
