You can book your flight on the internet at a fair price. Trying to change your ticket or have it sent to your place (with paper tickets) is a nightmare. My total cost of phone calls in dealing with them was 50 dollars. Their agents were robotic and try as much as they can do avoid responsibility for their mistakes. Those who have expensive international flights, I would recomend them to do business with another agency. I would not trust an overnight delivery of paper tickets, buy them or change them at least a week in advance. I would not recommend Expedia for important international flights.
