I sold my phone via Envirofone. We had agreed a great sum, so was going to send the phone off after upgrading my old phone . But after getting the upgrade, I decided I didnt like it and sent it back and had to keep the old phone in the time being. Envirofone were superb in allowing me more time to get my new upgrade by giving me further time and still keep the agreed sum even though the value was going down. Anyway 7days later, new and loved upgrade arrived, old phone sent to Envirofone and days later money in bank account......HAPPY customer end of day. Will definitely be back when am going for a new phone and need to make money from the old one.

Have told everyone who will listen to go same route in future if they wnt to get a few quid from their old phones.....xx
