“AWFUL SERVICE, DO NOT USE ”

Ordered tickets of this website to go and see ne-yo in march 2011, I purchased the tickets on the 23rd February 2011 and the concert was in Liverpool. Ne-yo cancelled this tour and we was told that we would get tickets for his tour when he rescheduled. He has now rescheduled to Friday 8th march 2013. And my friends who also bought tickets but off other websites have received their tickets. We spoke to customer services of GET ME IN and for weeks we have been promised that we would receive tickets and yet still no tickets have come, we was told our tickets would be sent out special delivery and still no tickets. we was then told our tickets would be here on the 5th march and no tickets have arrived. We have been told today we have to get our tickets from the box office in the night but our seats will not be the same as we paid for. We paid for tickets on the 4 th row! Been messed around so much it's terrible.
