I had very bad experiences before to contact handtec, that's why I was 'over cautious' and a little bit concern. I must admit that from the very beginning, I explained to them my previous experiences and they were very kind(in particular Nick). I placed the order on 4/3/13 for a Samsung Galaxy Note II - LTE and I received it today (5/3/13) at 9:55 as promised and agreed with Nick. I am very satisfied with the service received from Nick.
