“Parts missing”

Had the cooker delivered on Wednesday. Found all handles, front rail , backsplash and instructions missing. Contacted Rangemaster - told all parts will be sent out on 24 hour service. Now following Monday still no sign- promised for next Wednesday. Poor quality control and customer service from Rangemaster.
