“Outstanding Customer Service”

An issue arose over the marketed name of the fire I purchased and the fire that was delivered. The 2 were different and examining their website I also noted that the fire I had received was quoted at a lower price. My concerns were assuaged in a timely response by e-mail and I was refunded the difference in price between the fires. I also suggested that a simple note explaining the generic nature of fire cores would be beneficial for the customer. Overall, I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend this supplier of gas fires.
