“AVOID! LIKE PLAGUE !!”

it proved to be a disaster from the start:

windows with marks, draughts, badly fitted, silicone fillers to cover up the botched work. Door developed faults within a week of fitting, not shutting properly, lock jamming, handle loose, scrapes on glass.

By this time i had made the BIG mistake of paying for the work, as we are decent people who trusted them as they are very plausible and the salesman will promise you anything to get your money.

Once you pay - they don't care about how badly the work is done, your letters of complaint are ignored, phone calls give you the runaround, with [name removed] changing his name when it suits his deceit. in other words they make real fools of the customers, probably getting a laugh at how they can get out of speaking to you. if you speak to the office staff they are hostile and deliberately misleading, its a "take it or leave it" attitude at best.

They are the worst home improvement company i have had the misfortune to use and would urge anyone reading this to reconsider as all the promises on their adverts are totally misleading - the guarantee is worthless, you DO have to pay, whether you are dissatisfied- as the fitters are bullies, which is the mentality the company is bases on.
The prices on the adverts are misleading too- in fact there is nothing honest about this company - i have NO IDEA how they are still trading and suggest that trading standards investigates thoroughly the many, many customers who wish they had not used them. i have spoken to many people on facebook who have had similar experiences. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
