When are tickets arrived just 48 hours before the event it looked like they weren't ours
There was somebody else's name on the tickets,a different account number and they were not the seats I had reserved.
After emailing copies of the tickets to Seatwave I learnt we had been upgraded. This was fantastic and we really appreciated it however it would have been nice to have been informed to avoid the confusion that ensued.
