i ordered a pair on nike trainers only to be sent an odd pair, i emailed twice with no reply and ended up phoning there customer service number which i could only get hold of by going into my local shop. the lady i spoke to wanted me to return the shoes myself but as i worked in web sales i knew that such errors should be collected by the company as it was there error so they got collected the next day i requested a new pair to be sent only to get an email from paypal a few days later that my refund had been processed less the delivery charge !!! another email sent demanding the delivery charge also as the goods where only returned due to their error. 2 days later i got the refund for the delivery but as of yet no response to my complaint safe to say i will never shop with them again or recommend.
