I used the reservation service for a free view box and had confirmation of this. When I attended the store the following morning they were out of stock. After around 20 minutes of not much happening they offered a product of a similar nature. When I got this home it appeared that it had already been opened and possibly returned, the batteries were dead and the product didn't work. I returned the item to the store where the attitude was poor and eventually got my money back. I reserved the same item at Argos with excellent service and no problems what so ever. I would not recommend using the Curry's service, they need to sort their stock control systems out and customer service.
