“waited for nearly a month and still can't receive my item”

i waited for nearly a month and still can't receive my item. I have contacted with the customer service by email, they just keep telling me to wait and do nothing for me. They seem don't understand what I said.
I just want to get my item back asap or give me a full refund!!!!
