“Silver Wedding Celebration ”

We had a super stay at the Pullman Spa Hotel which was very quiet but VERY comfortable with charming,helpful and attentive staff. The buffet style meals were nicely varied with lots of tastey treats to suit all pallets. The grounds were emaculately kept and poolside staff very welcoming.The decor was suitably Morroccan with beautiful fresh flowers everywhere.
Unfortunately I tripped and fell breaking my wrist quite badly whilst on an excursion to the coast but the reps couldn't have been nicer in organising my treatment at the hospital in Marrakech and the paperwork for my journey home--thank you. The only critisism we had was that on our late return to the hotel from hospital our key refused to work and it took 3 visits to reception to sort it out.However it was sorted and we immediately received a complementary bowl of fruit and Morroccan pastries--much appreciated.
We have already recommended this hotel to friends and may well return ourselves.
It would have been useful to know the frequency of the shuttle bus which finnished too early.
