Had a lot of issues over delivery with City Link, which eventually got sorted, despite some stuff missing, in the end it was all rectified. The bike needed significant repair after only a few months of commuter riding.
I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone I know. You're better off with a physical shop you can deal with face to face. Since the bike has been repaired at a shop it runs better than it ever did, even better than when it was brand new from Wiggle. This makes me wonder about their bike build quality and mechanical expertise.
My experience suggests to me that their main concern is expediency rather than quality or reliability.
