I contacted Cellunlocker to unlock a phone that my son had purchased from a friend, we didnt know the carrier but took a guess and paid the fee, turns out our guess was wrong and they immeditely refunded my money. A short time later we did find out who the carrier had been so I once again contacted cellunlocker and within 1 hour the phone was unlocked. So gratefull as I felt like the purchase of this phone had been a complete waste of money.
