The flowers delivered by koonpig on valentine's day were DEAD. Most firms would have perhaps followed up with vouchers, flowers or something. Not Moonpig, just empty apologies. They mean nothing. PLEASE PLEASE NEVER BUY FLOWERS from MOONPIG/ Do you want a loved one to receive DEAD FLOWERS
