“Excellent Customer Service at low cost!”

I have just unlocked 3 phones with these guys (and tried to unlock an already unlocked phone (Duh! But in my defence there was also a problem with the SIM for the "other network".)

They were very prompt responding to my queries/issues. (In total I managed to use a duff SIM and also entered an incorrect IMEI code.)

All reponses were made within 12 hours. And that is 12 hours not 12 working hours!

Had I used the T-Mobile "service" I would have had to pay £60 and wait 20 days. As it was I got the 3 phones unlocked for less than 30% of that figure. And they were all unlocked within 3 hours of me providing teh correct IMEI.

But they get most bonus points for putting up with my incompetence in a very polite way..............
