“BE AWARE PEOPLE AND DON'T GET FROM THEM ANYTHING!!!”

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM ANYTHING. THEIR STORES AND SERVICE IS WORSE THAN POOR!!!!
Three months ago I purchased a tumble dryer from them. It was damaged before they sold it to me and I just did not know about it. It was leaking slowly from the underneath and sinking into my floor what also damaged my floor. Some time after buying I noticed that the kitchen floor started to swell a bit but I thought that I mop it too often. Then a few weeks later , when I was doing third or fourth drying the same day so there was more water leaking, I noticed flowing it from underneath of the dryer. When I reported the fault to the store they sent me to the manufacturer. When manufacturer could not fix it ( they said that the damage happen during transprt)they sent me back to the store. Store manager refused to exchange or refund and told me to write to the head office saying that he can not make any decision. I suggested that he should change a job if he can't make any decisions!!!
All he wanted was just getting rid of me and any problems!
I paid £280 for a product which was already damaged before I got it and they are refusing exchanging or ferund. This is disgusting and unacceptable.
